After much anticipation, LightSpace is excited to announce our QI-LATES RE-CHARGE workshop! Join Annie Murray and Allison Ward for a six-week workshop featuring LightSpace’s unique brand of movement, QI-LATES (qigong + pilates), for a more holistic approach to fitness.
QI-LATES RE-CHARGE will offer an alternative to the traditional, high-impact and militant boot camp style workout. Instead, it will be a unique and rejuvenating workshop without the high impact stress on the body or mind.
