CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all private, duet, mat, and equipment sessions as well as treatments. Full charge of session to your account will result with less than 24 hour notice of cancellation.
REFUND POLICY
- All packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable after 3 business days.
- The Illinois Physical Fitness Services Act requires that fitness center contracts contain a three-day cancellation right. New clients are allowed 3 business days to think about and cancel the membership/package if they wish.
EXPIRATION POLICY
- 20 session packages have 9 month expiration from date of purchase
- Intro packages expire 8 weeks from date of purchase
