Roneen is an MD and 15 years ago after a bout of medical difficulties she realized that no amount of green tea would improve her health unless she started moving. She tried joining a gym, but realized that without proper body alignment and a strong core all she was doing was injuring herself. So 8 years ago Roneen added pilates to her “keep moving” list. Now, she “gyms”, she does pilates, and 4 years ago started learning Salsa. Cuban Style. And Pilates made everything possible. But, for the record, she still doesn’t like green tea!
