With 4+ years of dedicated practice, Alicia’s Pilates journey began as a means to de-stress and manage lingering neck issues following a career in investment banking in New York City. Pilates quickly became a sanctuary where Alicia could recalibrate and strengthen her mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Integrating Pilates into her fitness routine was a natural progression, blending functional movements and flexibility from Pilates with the rigors of traditional gym workouts and weightlifting.
