Denise Holmes

Apprentice Instructor

Denise is an apprentice Pilates instructor training to become certified in LightSpace’s unique blend of Pilates and Qigong.

She was first introduced to Pilates in 2021 while undergoing physical therapy for hip pain caused by prolonged sitting at her desk. After finding relief and discovering a new mind-body connection she had never experienced, Denise fell in love with Pilates and decided to further her education by enrolling in the apprenticeship program.

When Denise isn’t in the studio, she’s busy bringing stories to life as a children’s book illustrator. She loves drawing, diving into a good book, whipping up delicious meals, and spending quality time with her husband and daughter.
