Steven began teaching Pilates in 2001, certifying with Michelle Larson of Core Dynamics in Santa Fe. He is extremely knowledgeable in anatomy and joint mechanics having studied extensively at both UIC and National University of Health Sciences. At National he spent three years in the Chiropractic program learning soft tissue manipulation, orthopedic joint testing, chiropractic assessments and joint mobilization techniques- plus that lovely but invaluable year of cadaver dissection. He incorporates all of these elements into his Pilates practice enabling him to work with a wide variety of injury/rehab issues.
