So what does a Pilates Instructor at LightSpace look at all day?

Clients often ask these questions:
“How do you see that?”
“Are you sure that I’m not in neutral?”
“How can you tell that I’m using my back?”
“How do you know that my leg/arm isn’t in the socket?”

As Pilates instructors/movement therapists, we look at A LOT of body parts for many hours a day. Feet, pelvises, spines, shoulders, and lots of gluteals and a wide variety of facial expressions. Oh, and all the little connecting parts in between.

So in response, check out some images from our perspective… “a day in the life of an instructor at LightSpace.”
