As much as I try to help others with their posture, I too, need to work on mine to counteract my 8-5 desk job. I managed to stay in this ideal position while doing Speed Skater on the Reformer by staying in my Qi-state and focusing on not only Dantien, but by also relaxing Mingmen. By releasing tension and letting Qi, or energy, flow through the body, it’s amazing what your body can accomplish!
