Saturdays are for correcting a week of desk posture!

Anna and David demonstrate teaser on the Chair! Combined with the added element of the big yoga ball, with ankles crossed on top, provides a greater stability challenge as they try to maintain length between the front, back, and both sides of the body. You’ll break a sweat with this one, but it’s all worth it when you stand taller and more balanced between the right and left sides of the body. And after a week of sitting at a desk it’s sweet relief 🙂
