Fall Class Schedule 2025!

We’ve added two new classes to our schedule. We hope you can join us!

Cardio with Weights

Wednesdays 8:00 AM

led by Steven

Fifty-five minutes of full body interval training! This class will incorporate hand weights with squats, lunges, planks, push-ups, and Pilates core exercises. We will build strength while helping to restore and improve functional movement.

Also available as a virtual class – you just need your own hand weights. Register here.


Stillness Movement Meditation

Thursdays 6:00 PM

led by Annie/Dorothy

No experience necessary! This class will begin with gentle movements to unwind muscular tension, then will shift focus to breathwork and guided meditation to help relax the physical body and rejuvenate the energy body. In bringing stillness to the mind, we allow for more fluid movement to our physical and energy bodies. Register here.
